What can gratitude do for you?

Start your day each morning, even before your feet hit the ground with practicing the “art of gratitude”. In fact that is the title of the first book in a series on gratitude I am launching.

“The Art of Gratitude  Building a Life of Harmony  and Balance”.

There are countless things in life we take for granted without truly taking the time to instill practicing gratitude. If you start recognizing everything you are grateful for, gratitude truly becomes as habit.
